Question 1

What is the Onyx Collection, and why is it superior to traditional bathroom tile?

Accepted Answer

The Onyx Collection is a solid, non-porous synthetic stone material manufactured in the USA, designed specifically for shower walls, bases, vanity tops, and tub surrounds. Unlike traditional ceramic tile which relies on porous grout lines that trap mold, absorb water, and crack over time, Onyx panels create a completely grout-free, 100% waterproof surface. It is extremely durable, stain-resistant, easy to clean with non-abrasive household products, and comes backed by a lifetime guarantee.

Question 2

How does your in-home bathroom consultation and estimate process work?

Accepted Answer

Getting started is fast and easy! You can call us anytime at (903) 787-4523 to schedule a free, no-obligation in-home consultation. Founder Juan Llamas visits your property in person with physical Onyx and stone samples, color swatches, and trim options. We take precise measurements of your space, discuss your functional goals, evaluate existing plumbing conditions, and provide an accurate time estimate and project proposal on the spot.

Question 3

What specific warranty coverage do you provide on bathroom remodeling projects?

Accepted Answer

At Revive Bath Solutions LLC, we stand behind our craftsmanship and materials with a comprehensive nationwide lifetime warranty—matching the strict guarantees offered by major national bath franchises. This warranty covers material performance, Onyx panel integrity, and installation workmanship for as long as you own your home, providing total security and investment protection.

Question 4

What geographical areas across East Texas do you serve from your Tyler location?

Accepted Answer

Our shop is located at 2627 S Broadway Ave in Tyler, TX 75701, and we proudly serve residential property owners within a 45-mile operating radius. Primary service communities include Tyler, Lindale, Canton, Athens, Longview, Flint, Jacksonville, Mineola, Mount Pleasant, and Henderson.

Question 5

How long does a typical bathroom remodel take?

Accepted Answer

Because Onyx panels arrive fabricated to your exact measurements, most shower or tub-to-shower projects are completed in a matter of days rather than the weeks a full tile installation requires. Larger full-bath remodels that involve flooring, cabinetry and plumbing relocation take longer, and we give you a realistic day-by-day schedule in your written proposal before any work begins.

Question 6

Can you convert my bathtub into a walk-in shower for accessibility?

Accepted Answer

Yes — tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most requested projects. We install low-threshold or fully barrier-free bases, slip-resistant floor textures, properly blocked grab bars, built-in seating and handheld sprayers so the bathroom is safe for aging in place without looking clinical.

Question 7

How do I clean and maintain a grout-free Onyx surface?

Accepted Answer

Mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth are all you need. There is no grout to seal, no caulk lines to bleach and no porous surface to stain. Simply avoid abrasive powders and scouring pads, which can dull the finish over time.

Question 8

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes — financing is available. We keep pricing straightforward and discuss payment structure during your free in-home consultation, including flexible payment plans and staged payments tied to project milestones. Call (903) 787-4523 and we will walk you through the options that fit your budget.

Question 9

Are you licensed and insured, and who actually does the work?

Accepted Answer

Revive Bath Solutions LLC is fully insured, and owner Juan Llamas performs and supervises every installation personally. You will not find a rotating crew of subcontractors in your home — the same craftsman who quotes your project is the one who builds it.

Question 10

Can you match a specific color, veining or fixture finish?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The Onyx Collection offers a wide range of colors and veining patterns, and we bring physical samples to your home so you can compare them in your own lighting. We coordinate trim, valves, glass hardware and vanity finishes to your selection.
